DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Yes, you can select local pickup when checking out.

Acrylic orders may take 1 to 3 business days to process. Printed items and large orders may take up to 5 business days. We will contact you once your order is ready for pickup from our Pakenham Warehouse (27 Hill Street). Please be aware some email programs may redirect order confirmation and order completion emails to a spam folder.

Warehouse visits will require a booking, so best to message or call ahead of time to confirm with us.

 

 

WHY DO YOU GRADE YOUR  WHOLESALE ACRYLIC?

We believe in being transparent and providing accurate product descriptions.  We check several sheets from each pallet as it arrives and if we find anything visually during our inspection, we will downgrade the entire pallet on the side of caution.  We felt a grading system was the best way to help communicate this.  

Each letter relates to the quality grade of each side of the acrylic. This grading only applies to visual cues on the sheet and not the quality of the material. For example:  A sheet of Matte/Gloss AB grade acrylic means that the Matte side is A grade and the Gloss side is B grade.  You will find comments within each product description to help inform you as to why we chose this grading.

In most cases even our downgraded sheets are perfectly fine. As mentioned, we will grade an entire pallet based on a few sheets and not grade each sheet individually. We can be a little OCD… but want to be transparent and would rather over deliver. 

Why voluntarily do all this and reduce your pricing? 
We have been customers of acrylic ourselves, and have purchased materials from several Australian suppliers. Time and time again we were sent stock that disappointed us. This was one of the core reasons we launched this business. We store, handle, grade, price and package our acrylic sheets with our end customer in mind.

Do you offer sample swatches?

Yes, we have sets of samples available to purchase.

What happens when you release new colours?

Any new colours will be immediately added to our sample swatches. Anyone who has purchased a swatch in the past can request for new colour samples to be added to their latest order. 

 

Can I purchase larger cuts or full sheets?

Yes, however you will need to visit and place orders though our sister company Acrylic Warehouse.

Can I simply browse and purchase on the spot?

We currently don’t offer that service. Our business model is focused around online order fulfilment. Without dedicated resources, walk-in traffic removes staff away from existing processes and can impact out ability to meet existing deadlines (courier or customer pickups), so we ask that you please email or call ahead to make an appointment to meet. This will help us to give you the time and support you may need.
