Time to clear out some old stock, the majority of these sheets have been put aside because of some occasional imperfections on the whole 1220x2400mm sheet. But in most cases because there was wrinkled or loose paper on the sheet so we didn’t want to laser cut and send this out in regular orders.
Now that we now have the ability to cut these down in bulk using newly installed saw, we are making these available very cheaply.
Priced from about $2 per 600x300mm panel ($35 for a full sheet cut down into 16 panels).We are also having a huge offcut and clearance sale some time in May so stay tuned. If you choose pickup, we can hold your order until if you like.

Size: Choose from 300x600mm, 600x400mm, 600x600mm 600x1200mm, 900x1200mm of full sheet if you can pickup. Cuts dimensions are approximate and some sheets may vary slightly
Pricing: 600x1200mm and 900x1200mm cut options are more expensive due to packaging. If picking up this size, let us know at the time and we’ll issue a $15 store credit back as we didn’t have to box it.

Acrylic Type: Cast acrylic sheet with brown paper protective film.
Clearance Sheet: These sheets are sold at a discounted rate, well below our cost as they are not perfect and could have imperfections. The paper issue is usually the core reason they were put aside, and is usually only affecting one side. The sheets are still very usable, especially for smaller cuts or those who can cut without the paper. Matte black can sometimes have a thin off black streak in the sheet from manufacturing.
Please note:
- Acrylic sheets may occasionally have very minor imperfections on the protective film or actual sheet. Downgraded sheets have a higher likelihood of this and therefore have a discounted price.
- All acrylic orders requiring delivery will be packed into high quality boxes that we’ve had customized to fit each acrylic size.
- Wrinkled paper may create a slight fogging on the surface when laser cut. This can be cleaned off using isopropyl alcohol or similar.
- Please keep acrylic sheets stored flat, away from heat and not in direct sunlight.
- Whenever cutting this material make sure you are using proper fume extraction with adequate airflow.
- Although we have invested heavily in super flat highly supportive racking to best store our acrylic, some sheets may have some minor curve to them from transit or manufacturing.
- We do our best to accurately represent colours. Website colours can also appear slightly different depending on your screen type or device used.
- Acrylic thickness can vary slightly from the advertised 3mm. +/- 10% is the common level of tolerance.
- Acrylic protective films can deteriorate overtime. It is recommended not store them in direct sunlight when the protective layer is still on.
