By placing an order with Printed Panels, you agree that you have read the contents of this website including the page featuring “Important Information – Choosing the right product”. It includes information about pattern layouts, size reductions, ink options, product considerations, ink barrier options and glue considerations. It is your responsibility to read this and to be aware of the unique properties of UV printed products.

Custom Prints

If you are submitting your own design for printing, you must have either designed the file from scratch, or have appropriate usage rights to have it printed. By purchasing “Custom Print – Submit your own design“, you acknowledge and agree to only send us files of which you have appropriate usage rights to be printed.

It is important to understand that if you are cutting, engraving or machining any products sold by Printed Panels that you must follow any direction provided carefully.

Product Cutting/Processing

Whenever cutting our products make sure you are using proper dust/fume extraction, vented outdoors with adequate airflow. Vinyl materials should never be laser cut and should only be cut with a blade or dedicated plotter cutter. In additional, any safety advice provided by your machinery manufacturer or supplier should be followed eg. Wearing of personal protective equipment.

Product Gradings

Printed Panels has taken the time to incorporate quality gradings to the majority of the wholesale acrylics on offer. By placing an order you agree that you have read the product description and are aware of the quality grading related to each product. Additional context will be provided if a quality rating is anything less than AA.

Refunds

Printed Panels does not offer refunds due to a change of mind. Any faulty items will be dealt swiftly and a replacement, repair or refund organized. We always strive to offer a high quality product and will take any feedback seriously. If any item is received damaged, most likely from transit, we will actively engage and try to find a resolution. In most cases the products purchased from Printed Panels are generic material panels or films Eg. Acrylic Sheets or vinyl. Based on this, any resolution proposed by Printed Panels will be proportionate to the damaged experienced. By placing an order with Printed Panels you acknowledge and understand the policy we have regarding refunds.

Processing Times

Our aim is to have all orders processed within 2-5 business days. In the unlikely event your order is delayed we will contact you and provide an update as to the reasoning. Tape orders and orders of small quantities will usually leave within 2 business days. Large orders, especially ones containing printed items are more likely to take closer to 5 business days. Once the product leaves our factory, delivery times are out of our hands. Printed Panels does not take any responsibility for delays or lost goods once the product has left our factory and has entered the freight network. In seasonally busy times, eg Christmas Period, orders can be delayed up to 2 weeks and we advise to plan ahead and get your orders in early.
