Thickness: Available in 3mm
Material: This clear cast acrylic is filled with Pink and Gold coloured bubbles and has a gloss finish on both sides. The density of the coloured bubbles/speckles may vary across the entire acrylic sheet.
Masking: This acrylic often comes with a plastic protective film, but sometimes a paper film will be used.
Masking Option:?You have the choice of either Value (masking may be wrinkled) or Premium (Masking is wrinkle free). Both are the same price.
If you choose the value option, you may then receive acrylic with a wrinkled film and you will also be issued a small credit to your Printed Panels account. Although wrinkled paper/film is not common, the value option is great for those who remove the protective layer anyway. Most customers choose the premium option.

Storage: Please keep acrylic sheets stored flat, away from heat and not in direct sunlight.
Larger Sheets: We have found that 600x1200mm is an optimal sheet size for packaging, handling and storage. We have priced this sheet size competitively so you’ll still get great value without needing to buy a larger sheet format. If you’re picking up the acrylic order in person, we may be able to provide you with a larger sheet size subject to availability. Eg an order of 3 x 600x1200mm sheets may be able to be receive 2 x 900x1200mm sheets. Please contact us to confirm ahead of your order.
Adhesive tape: Printed Panels can also apply a double sided adhesive tape to the back of your 300x600mm and 400x600mm acrylic sheet. View here for details.
Please note:
- All acrylic orders requiring delivery will be packed into high quality boxes that we’ve had customized to fit each acrylic size.
- The acrylic sheets we send may be slightly larger than their listed dimensions. Eg: 1200 x 600mm are often 1220 x 605mm, 600 x 400mm are often 605 x 404mm and 600 x 300mm are often 605 x 304mm. These extra millimeters can be helpful Eg. cutting a 600mm circle. The only sheet size which will be exactly cut to size is the 300 x 200mm size.
- Whenever cutting this material make sure you are using proper fume extraction with adequate airflow.
- Although we have invested heavily in super flat highly supportive racking to best store our acrylic, some sheets may have some minor flex to them from transit or manufacturing.
- We do our best to accurately represent colours. Website colours can also appear slightly different depending on your screen type or device used.
- Acrylic thickness can vary slightly from the advertised 3mm. +/- 10% is the common level of tolerance.
- We set a high quality threshold for what is packed, however occasionally some very minor imperfections may be present to the protective film or sheet surface.
- Acrylic protective films can deteriorate over time. It is recommended not to store them in direct sunlight when the protective layer is still on.
